Tell us about your application, your team, and the resources you expect to need. New customers may be offered paid services during the invite-only period.
Discuss your project and availability
Agree on capacity and service scope
Review and agree to any charges before service starts
Resource allowances are assigned to your organization. The dashboard shows your limits and usage so you can plan your next deployment.
App compute
CPU and memory for your web apps and workers, including the instances you run. Autoscaling reserves capacity for the maximum replica count you configure.
Database storage
Storage allowances for managed databases. Choose the engine that fits your application and plan for its backup and recovery needs.
Object storage
Separate capacity allowances for Capacity and HA buckets. Choose a storage tier based on your workload and availability requirements.
Environments & bandwidth
Resource pools are organized by environment type, with outbound bandwidth limits. Keep development, staging, and production needs in view.
Need more room?
Contact us before you outgrow your current allowances. We’ll discuss availability and any changes to your service arrangement.
Paid service charges
Adjustments when a service is unavailable.
If a qualifying d2o outage makes your paid service unavailable, we automatically adjust the affected service charges for that time. For amounts already paid, you can request a refund instead of keeping the credit. See our Outage Adjustments Policy for eligibility, calculations, and processing times.
No minimum uptime percentage is promised unless agreed in writing. Outage adjustments cover affected hosting charges; the Terms of Service address lost revenue and other business losses.
